I recently saw the Bravo Profiles of Mick Fleetwood. While on the Bob Welch era they played part of a song from that line up. I know the song was popular but I don’t know the title. Could anyone recommend a disc from that line up so I can hopefully track down that song?

I believe the Bob Welch era extended from Future Games to Heroes Are Hard To Find.

Probably was “Sentimental Lady”. Bob re-recorded it when he went solo.

Great, great rock n roll. Best F Mac by a long shot.
Popular is a relative term. Fleetwood Mac never had a top 40 single in either the US or the UK during the Welch era. But the song that got played most was probably the lovely “Sentimental Lady”, although “Future Games” went on to be a FM radio staple. Welch wrote a number of other songs for them that were great as well, “Hypnotized” being one of my favorites.
I have a feeling the song you are looking for is “Hypnotized.” Great drums on that song.
I agree with Hugh. I occasionally hear “Hypnotized” on the radio stations here in Indiana, but the only version of “Sentimental Lady” I can recall hearing is the Welch remake.
I also agree with essvee. The McVies-Fleetwood-Welch-Kirwan or other second guitarist was the best era of Fleetwood Mac.
