I was pleasantly surprised to see that Hamilton and FSU offered the Gators the opportunity to postpone the game - twice (once right after the incident when UF was leading and again at halftime after FSU had taken the lead). Sportsmanship is still alive in a few places.
I completely agree. I worry that this kind of incident is unfortunately going to become all too common over the next 5-10 years.
He’s been released, which is good. He’s entitled to his privacy, but that’s a long hospital stay for a presumably healthy young man who plays college basketball at an elite level
