As an American, my idea of meatloaf is made with ground beef:
Unfortunately, there seems to be the belief that Fleischkäse should be translated as meatloaf. And it is a loaf of meat, but it’s the same texture as the insides of a hotdog. And if you’re expecting meatloaf with ground beef, the other version is rather disappointing.
The other one is maispoularde, which is often directly translated as “corn chicken”, even though it should be corn-fed chicken.
And looking for the exact cut in English, I found this Wikipedia page about Airline Chicken. I’ve never heard this term.
