I enjoyed a terrific lobster roll when I was in Bucksport! I don’t remember the name of the place, I’m thinking it was more coffee-shoppish than tavern.

Yes, believe it or not, back in the early 1970s they used to have real kitchens in the high schools, with real cooks who actually made and served real food instead of today’s microwave meals-in-minutes. And based on the punch-card meal tickets we used (five punches for $2.50 or so, as I recall), it cost students about 50¢ per serving.
