As a competent chef, I can pretty much cook any food in sufficient quantities to wish that I hadn’t.
The only food that doesn’t fill me up is fine caviar. But, then again, that’s more an issue of availability than quantity.

I can agree with that! I used to sop up my Grandma’s gravy after dinner with bread and then take another slice dump it on the plate with more gravy. I still do when I get to Grandma’s for dinner.
Another thing that doesn’t fill me up… cabbage rolls. My Grandma’s cabbage rolls. Every Thanksgiving/Christmas I eat as many as I can with dinner and when it’s cleanup time I sneak them until they get put away. Mmmm.
Cold breakfast cereal. On Friday, I ate three mixing bowls full (alright, small-ish mixing bowls, but still) and I was still hungry. If I eat cereal in the morning for breakfast, I’m hungry in an hour. It’s as if all it does is wake up my stomach.
