Foods you came to like

Raw tomatoes and blue cheeses. Hated both as a kid, but over the years I’ve developed a real taste for both. Probably because I was finally exposed to what they could taste like when they aren’t messed with. An heirloom tomato picked fresh from the garden has absolutely nothing in common with the precancerous softballs they sell in the grocery store. Don’t know what triggered the blue cheese love, but now I scarf the stuff down like there’s no tomorrow.

I never liked chicken on the bone as a kid. Now, it is preferred, wings especially.
