The blooper that I saw in the book mentioned in that thread was a still from Pardon My Blooper - YouTube. Kermit Schafers’ 1974 doc Pardon My Blooper (1974) which is apparently a *recreation of the purported incident.
*Years later, we realize some of Schafer’s bloopers were ULs that he presented as fact, and his albums and this doc are really full of reenactments of them, but at the time, I think most of us accepted them as being on the up and up.
