For All The Doper Bass Players

I heard this last night on “Riverwalk Jazz”. It’s a story about Mr. George “Pops” Foster, a bassist who played with the great Louis Armstrong.

He is a pioneer in jazz bass (IMO), and I think all bass guitarists owe him a sincere thanks.
