You could ask the mods to de-underscore your user name. It’s sort of like being hyphenated by The Queen; the supplicant must grovel, and ask very politely, and the outcome is uncertain, at best.

I think it was plain 'ole Chicken Noodle. Fortunately, this particular restaurant always has chili on the menu!

Chili, in case you didn’t know, is the “official dish of Texas,” along the same lines as official gem/tree/bird, etc.
