I’m not. But when I log into www.pogo.com, I get re-directed to uk.pogo.com. There’s even a Union Jack on the board on the game I’m playing.
This doesn’t really bother me that much, but if there’s a way to fix this, I’d be interested to know.

Did you try to clear all your cookies?
The first set of javascript is using your history to set a home location. Maybe if you try accessing without javascript, if you don’t want to delete your cookies
This site also seems to be looking at the preferred language selected by your browser. On Firefox, this can be set under Tools->Options…->Advanced->Languages. I cleared my cookies, changed my preference to a different English variant, and then revisited the site. I ended up at a different place.
