That’s funny - from my perspective, the important part is the beautiful wall above the picture. 
Here’s the thing… Normally it’s the painting that is the most interesting. I say normally because in the case of the art display that is the United States of America the frame is ten times as interesting as the painting. It’s kind of sad really, you buy this nice frame and all you’ve got is this crappy painting to put in it. Heck, as *featherlou pointed out, even the wall is better than the painting.
Please don’t take offense at this, 'twas just a lame attempt at humor. I have the highest regard for those of you in the center of our country.

Let’s see, we also need to blame dopers in Hawaii, British Columbia, Washington, Oregon, Arizona, Baja California, parts of Alaska, and other areas that I cannot remember now. It’s not just California, California’s big but it isn’t the whole Pacific time zone.
