I heard, from someone, that many years ago, around the French revolution, that France outlawed God. I’m not religious, mind you, which is why this is in GQ and not GD… just merely curious as to whether it actually happened or not, and what the circumstances were and such. I did a bit of searching and couldn’t find anything, but the person who told me, clung to it with such fervor, I thought it’d be best to ask here. Thanks for any help.
