Frank and Louie turned 12 years old and thus set a new record for longevity in a Janus cat.
While odd looking, he seems to be a beautiful, happy and affectionate cat. I say good on Marty Stevens for agreeing to be ruled by his feline overlord(s) all those years ago!
When I clicked on that link I got a big picture of a Cyclops (from a video game) in the accompanying Ad box.

The use of singular and plural tenses in that article is almost stifling. I kept having to reread things to parse them.
He’s a cat and a half, that one. 
I was confused by that, too. The fact that he’s named “Frank and Louie” doesn’t help, either.
It helps to read it as “Frankenlouie”.
