I was lucky enough to meet Frank for coffee a few times during his sojourn in Ottawa. An intelligent and thoughtful conversationalist, he will be missed.
Dang. I never really conversed with Frank, but I always considered him one of the good guys. Rest well, Frank.
He lived in Kettering, Ohio. I work at WPAFB, which is just a few miles from Kettering. We made plans to meet for lunch in 2015, but it never happened for some reason. I am now regretting it.
RIP Frank.
