Pretty sure verlan is a France French peculiarity, a Parisian France French even I believe (even though of course popular verlan terms spread across the country). Beuh is short for beuh-èr, which is verlan for herbe.
(for our Anglophone readers: verlan is in essence just French Pig Latin, only more gangsta :))

In France it’s most often a noun meaning “junkie” and it’s a coke/heroin word rather than a weed-associated one. “Se camer”, the verb, is also sometimes used to mean “taking hard drugs”, but it’s very pejorative and not that common any more.
Here, “stoned” is most often “défoncé” (or “foncedé”, naturally).

I want to point out that I have never heard camé used in Canada. The most common way to say someone is stoned in Québec is stone. Note that it’s “stone” and note “stoned”.
Even though I’m a native, I haven’t lived there in quite a while, so in the off chance that it might be a new trend, I did a Google search of Canadian sites in French for the phrase “complètement camé” and got 6 results, all of which are texts that were obviously written in France (based on the language).
On the other hand, “complètement stone” gives 325 or so results. Not a huge number, but clearly people from Québec writing in slang.
