Friend request from apparent spammer

Just got a friend request from a spammer named “Quaalude Charlie”. Reported same to TubaDiva (wasn’t sure whom else to report it to).

I wonder if the boards could be tweaked to lock out such requests from anyone who is new to the boards (join date within last month or so, no posts, or whatever).
