From Reuters 8/29/01:

Hadn’t seen this reported yet, apologies if it has:

Dr. Terrence M. Hines from Pace University reported in the American Journal of Obstetrics and Gynecology that there was no evidence to support the continued belief in the Grafenberg spot. Dr. Hines stated that most evidence for the existence of the G-spot was anecdotal, while extensive study [I’m sure…] of the wall of the vagina has yielded no unusual bundles of nerves.

Sorry folks.

I’d love a breakdown of the experimental methods used to figure this one out.

Doctor: Did I hit it?
Woman: No.
Doctor: It doesn’t exist.
