Well, I’m sick of it… no more couch potato for me, or in this case, desk potato.
I’m sick and tired of being a lump. I have begun working out 60-90 minutes daily, and it feels damn good. I’m sore as hell too, but no pain no gain!Been almost a week and I have lost about inch from my waist. I can’t wait a couple more weeks when others can see the change. I can see some already, though I am mostly feeling the changes, at present.
Why did I wait so freakin long? Oh well I am gonna stick with it. In about 6 months I should be as buff as the Rock.
