Fuck: A fucking film about the fucking origin and the fucking use of the word fuck

Has anybody else seen Fuck (politely referred to as F**k on the DVD case)?

I thought it was pretty decent. Some of the interviewees were good. Ice-T was really funny. Drew Carey was great (“Fuck is played out. When are you making Cunt?”). Hearing a conservative radio host say “I love women’s breasts, but they don’t belong at Half-Time at the Super Bowl” was hilarious (and sad, because apparently I agree with a conservative radio host on something). I also liked the animated grammar lesson that went on to explain the many uses of the word fuck.

But it was a bit too long (I started watching the clock at the 30 minute mark) and I could have really done without the two clips of hardcore porn.*

So what did everybody else think?

*I had a dream the other night that I was fired for accidentally putting hardcore porn on the library’s website. Watching Fuck last night (a DVD I mysef ordered for the collection) and seeing about two minutes of hardcore porn included in the documentary worried me a tad. It was just a dream right?

Wahey, no. 1!

I saw it and enjoyed it. I like the way they made it look like Ron Jeremy got Ms. Manners to walk off.

Was it Drew Carey who said “cunt is the new fuck”?
