I’m not sure if this is a woosh. Just in case it isn’t:
[QUOTE=Buzz feed’s Ben Smith]
I’ve been inundated with emails and calls from elected GOP leaders who think Romney’s response was a mistake. Not today.

Dear Governor Romney
Please stop talking about anything to do with foreign policy. You suck at it.
Love
America
Just for clarity’s sake, the quoted statement/tweet is from Joe Scarsburough responding to Ben Smith.
Still not 100% sure what the “Not today” part means. If it means that this is the wrong time to discuss these things, who’s he talking to: Smith or the Republicans who flooded him? And didn’t he JUST FINISH talking about it?
Just confused.
I read it as meaning that GOP leaders were saying to him that it was the wrong day for Romney to say what he said.
Reasonable people can disagree on this. Some might say that Romney is an idiot. Others, that he is adequately intelligent, but lacks the moral integrity and decency of a spider.
Muslims claiming it as their religious duty to attack Americans? What would the font of American democracy and religious freedom have done under similar circumstances?
I feel exactly the same way. Aside from how ugly a thing it was to do it just casts him as so un-presidential, so unstable, such a poor leader.
The smugness of it reminds me of when McCain canceled his campaign and put country first and called on Obama to do the same, so they could concentrate 100% on fixing the economy. Then Obama said as president he’d need to be able to work on more than one thing at a time, and the whole country saw how McCain was incapable of leading on the economy.
Romney was already behind on foreign policy and national defense by 10-14 points in polls released yesterday… what do you think people are going to say a week from now?
Because some people are adults, and tossing gas on a flame won’t help to put it out any faster
And this just in, from our good friends at DailyKos (lefty as all git-out, so if you can’t handle it, stay the fuck away…)
Romney campaign quietly advising on how to cover Mitt’s ass
Joe Bob 'luc says check it out. But this gem requires admiration…
So what would you be doing in his place?
See the post to which you were responding.
No matter how loudly you whistle, your guy’s dead campaign isn’t going to rise from its grave.
The head cut off, mouth stuffed with garlic, lips sewn shut, stake through the heart, and buried at a cross roads. A 24-hour guard on site forever may be excessive. Maybe.
Yet, when Bush was president this statement was claimed as gospel truth by the retards on the left.
Really? Both of them?
Cite?
A gem.
Doesn’t this dumbshit have political advisors?
