Hundertwasser’s flag has little recognition here AFAIK. The second link is to the Tinorangitiratanga movement’s flag and, while I love the design, I cannot endorse their separatist politics.
There are also this which represents many of our sports teams and this which I think looks better with the central stripe as white (to represent Aotearoa’s meaning: land of the long white cloud).

In regards to the OP - I’d see the woman as several sheets to the wind. It’s always embarrassing when Kiwi reporters *expect *praise from visitors, especially when they’ve only just landed.
No cite. The Dope, like many message boards, doesn’t encourage “board wars”, and giving links to other sites can only encourage that. But you’ve nothing in particular to worry about, I’ll say that much.
Well that’s alright. These message boards are so indicative of ones character. as long as the people I live and work with see my actions, I guess somehow I’ll manage. And the occasional new acquaintance.
