Fukushima Residents Advised to Evacuate After Earthquake Triggers Tsunami Warning (Yes, Again)

The originally-measured 7.3 quake has been downgraded to 6.9, which has still triggered a tsunami warning for the area of Honshu. There have been aftershocks around 5.1-4 as well.

I think a tsunami has been spotted and is incoming. This is going to be bad.

Quake struck at 5:59am local time. They have the full day to deal with any damage in daylight.

First tsunami wave was 90cm. Have a tsunami warning out indicating possibility of a tsunami of more than 3 meters is still possible.
