House and the mother with the masturbating daughter.
Family Guy + Ipecac = Hilarious.
Roger that. OK then, how about this? Referenced on Page 1, but here’s the link. Mike Myers’ reaction: priceless.
From NewsRadio: Jimmy James reads from his autobiography, which has been translated into Japanese and then back into English. Stephen Root’s timing is absolutely perfect.
If the question is more about the funniest moments from a historical perspective – i.e., about which bits will be remembered and referenced as classics in the future – that’s a little harder, but I can think of at least a couple:
SNL, “Lazy Sunday”
Friends, the roommate quiz episode.
Seinfeld, tons of candidates. I don’t know, how George’s marine biologist story (already mentioned)? Or the JFK parody from the Kieth Hernandez episode?
The Simpsons, obviously, but it’s hard to think of particular bits or moments that will be picked out, because the episodes don’t really work that way. Perhaps Homer’s skateboard jump, which is a brilliant bit of slapstick.
Others along these lines?
As mentioned, Malcolm in the Middle’s roller-skating dad - awesome! There were a lot of funny moments in that show.
Frasier - The whole Thanksgiving episode, but especially Niles, nipping at the brandy, kept coming into the kitchen to baste the turkey. Frasier and Lillith ran home, took the turkey out of the oven, and the next time Niles came down to baste it - it wasn’t there! His reaction had me in stitches, he looked all over for that turkey.
Married With Children - the pirate movie spoof. Jefferson was a pirate who was “strangely attracted to the cabin boy” - played by (flat chested) Marcy. She finally whipped open her shirt and said , ‘as you can see, I’m no cabin boy! I’m a cabin girl!’ and Jefferson trying REALLY hard to see her boobs, squinting, and her getting ticked off. “look! LOOK!” I tell you, I spent a lot of time ROTFLMAF watching MWC, but that episode was. …Also, Al taking the Scouts out in the woods, telling them a horror story about the horrible red-haired monster that stalked him, and its evil cry…“marry meee”. And ‘owl in my hair - owl in my hair!’
Debbie Downer. SNL. I think some of the all time funniest moments is when the cast cannot keep a straight face.
I’m partial to Squidward’s reaction to Spongebob’s noisy bubbles (4:30 on).
