Yep - saw that at lunch the other day. My buddy wouldn’t believe me, so I spent a bunch of time waving at the tv “Look now! Look now! See!”

From the Tuesday Science section of the NY Times a while back: “Chinese grow healthier from cradle to grave” (I can’t swear that’s perfect but that’s the idea).
Not quite the same thing, but the early edition of the Times on 5/21/91 had a picture with a caption very much like: “Rajiv Gandhi voting in yesterday’s elections in India, which were marred by violence”.
