I am trying to find a transcript or a sound file of George W Bush giving a statement to the press regarding the 1/2 point lowering of the interest rate. I heard it in passing on someone’s radio yesterday and want to see / hear it again.

1-Get a total freaking moron drunking frat boy.
2-Convince him to run for president.
3-Get the supreme court to appoint him president
4-put him front of a camera, with a poorly rehearsed script about something he doens’t even begin to understand.
