Recently picked up this killer game. I decided to also cheat - on some of my games - I prefer to start with all technologies to emulate what a real colonization might be like for an established civilization instead of one who apparently starts with nothing.
So is anyone here familiar with the game and it’s cheats? When I enable the “research all techs” cheat for myself, does it also apply to all the other races? In other words, does it open up all techs to everyone or just to me?
