Not this one, but other episode titles this season may reveal spoilers, so they are keeping all the titles secret until release.
I don’t ever seek out episode titles in advance, but if the episode title is a spoiler, maybe that shouldn’t be the title.
I’m just reporting my understanding of the reason for it. Of course, the episode title will be available when the first showing airs, or shortly after, so it will be a spoiler for anyone watching later in the week.

Isn’t Tyrion the one who is in exile? He’s a better analogue to Henry.
Although Tyrion went into exile overseas, both the Lannister brothers are under sentence of death at this point, so Jaime is in exile too.
Regarding the spiral shape we’ve seen several times either made up of body parts set in place by the white walkers or on the cave walls of Dragonstone carved by the Children of the Forest (and with apologies to those who discussed this before; I couldn’t get the quote button to work for whatever reason), it can be seen in the scene in which the Children create the first white walker: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=guhc75cGY2Q. There’s a clear overhead view of it at the 44 second mark in the video.
I loved that. Kimmel’s very-plausible explanation that the cast member’s HBO contracts required they provide this service, was the icing on the cake.
Heheh - yes. Check out the cubicle decor for each actor. Also, the phones in the Game of Phones logo have the house sigils at the ends.
At one point in the episode, someone noted how little the dragons were eating (only eleven sheep or something like that) and the explanation was that they didn’t like the North. I thought they were going to say that the dragons were sad because their brother died.
That would have made a lot more sense, if anything they should be eating more cause of the cold.
No habla Dothraki.
Well, if they were reptiles and “cold-blooded” they would eat less, but to fly they pretty much have to be warm-blooded (probably also to breathe fire) and so would eat more.
Are their no wild animals in the North? You’d think dragons could spot packs of feral dogs or a bear family or any remaining dire wolves. Cleaning out predators who get hungry themselves in winter would be a service to the community.
Speaking of the dire wolves, I think one or two of them are still alive. Are they going to figure in the plot going forward? Because they didn’t seem to have much of a role in the story, except as an omen. (When Ned found the five puppies, didn’t he say something about how rare they were?)
The only one’s left are Arya’s and Jon’s. Arya’s is off on his own, we’ll probably never see her again after we got some conclusion last week. I think the last time we saw Ghost was just after Jon was killed (he got better).
Six puppies, one for each of the official Stark children plus Jon. Ned was persuaded not to kill them despite the fact that their mother was dead by the coincidence that there were the same number as the Stark children. (Ghost was found just as they were leaving so as the runt he was deemed OK for the bastard to have.) Robb said no direwolves were found south of the Wall. (They used to occur, but per the GoT Wiki none had been seen south of the Wall in 200 years.)
Considering they’ve been around since the first episode they’ve had very little actual role in the plot. Sansa’s and Rickon’s died pointlessly. Arya’s has been AWOL since the first season, with a brief more recent appearance to indicate she’s not going to rejoin Arya. Robb’s, Bran’s, and Jon’s occasionally served as canes ex machina to save someone in the heat of battle but have never served any special role besides that. Robb’s died pathetically (like Robb) while Bran’s died heroically at the Cave of the Three-eyed Raven. The only one still in play is Ghost, the Bastard’s Runt.
So I think the only purpose they served was as an omen that Things Were About To Change.
I’m not sure. I think Ghost may have a scene or two left. I don’t think it’s a coincidence that the only Dire Wolf still in pkay happens to be the one owned by the most important character in the story. I suspect he’ll be part of the final battle in some way.
Also, didn’t Jon have dreams that suggested he could warg into Ghost, or at least experience what Ghost is seeing when he dreams? Or was that only Bran?
I thought the Direwolves were the North’s analog to dragons - magical creatures that appear when needed and help win the war against the walkers.
