Yes, he liberated/conquered Khandaq, but that’s because they were HIS people.

Definitely liberated. He was tossing out guys much worse them he ever would have been on his worst day until he went mad with grief his major problem with the heroes was that he felt they were too lenient for the safety of the people they were supposed to be protecting.

What, like robbing banks and stuff? I don’t think Adam ever bothered with that, or if he did, it was while Theo Adam was in charge of his mind. Adam originally fell out of favor (in the ancient days) with Shazam because he used his powers to become Kahndaq’s ruler rather than merely a protector. Perhaps he never really had designs on the entire world, but his MO does seem to be conquest, and (especially with Isis at his side) he seems to rule his conquest benevolently.

K. Like I said, not really familiar, but mostly have the impression of him existing more or less to make life miserable for Captain Marvel, rather than attempting to take over…anything, let alone the whole world.
