General auto insurance question

I have my own vehicle and insurance.

Lets say I borrow a co-workers vehicle and get into a wreck. Who’s insurance covers it if I am at fault? My own or the owner of the truck that I borrowed?

Say a person who borrows the truck does not have their own vehicle/insurance but is licensed, and they get into a wreck. Does the owner of the truck cover it? Or are the screwed?

But I think most car insurance policies include something about temporarily loaning the car to an friend or relative. And I think your car insurance covers your car even if it’s on temporary loan to someone.
