I’ve always heard great things about Dreamhost. Never use them (I have my own server) but do recommend them to others for cheap hosting. Also www.1and1.com
For those of you who do not want to pay - has anyone checked with their ISP (your ISP is like Comcast, Time Warner, Cox, etc) to see if you have free Web space? Lots of ISPs give people web space at like yourisp.net/yourusername
