I am waiting for a delivery from Germany. The online shop has a tracking page but even using Babel Fish translation (which was an enormous help when making the initial order) I have absolutely no clue as to the parcel’s status:confused:
Here are the status entries along with the Babel Fish translations:
[ul]
[li]DFUE Eingang Grosskunde Telecommunications entrance big customer[/li][li]Grosskunden-Checker Big customer Checker[/li][li]ZUP-Durchlauf NORMAL ZUP run NORMAL[/li][li]NIF-Eingang [repeated 3 times] NIF entrance[/li][/ul]
I speak German fairly well, but haven’t got a clue what that all means!
I think you need someone who knows more lingo about shipping in German - I am sure DFUE, ZUP and NIF stand for something important, but I am totally out of the loop there.
DFUE Eingang Grosskunde = Large customer sent us dataset about the parcel (but we don’t have the actual parcel yet) Grosskunden-Checker = Now we got the parcel ZUP-Durchlauf NORMAL = parcel went though our hub normally NIF-Eingang = parcel arrived at interface between national and international network
