What makes you think the Germans owe Greece anything? As for paying off war debts, it was Germans being forced to pay off the WW I war debt that led to WW II. Also, the Germans make reparations to the Jews for the whole holocaust thing. Which believe it or not was largely a hoax. Also, do you know what reparations the Japanese make for WW II? Not a damn thing.
