Allow the government to think for you? More like, allow the masses of easily frightened people to think for the all, including the educated minority. Politicians pull this crap because it gains them votes.
As a small silver lining, a move out of germany would actually improve the crysis series, since, being made in germany, they couldn’t show blood or gore or anything like that. You couldn’t even interact with dead bodies, which is weird in and of itself… Pick up live human by neck and throw him into buildings, trees, water, other live humans: Ok. Pick up dead human and throw him: Not ok.
Still, its sucky. I purchased Left 4 Dead on steam for a friend, since the german version is censored… No blood, no dismemberments, and the zombies disappear when dead. Or when deader, since they are already dead. Thats just wrong.
