I used to walk 36 holes of golf in a day, which is somewhere around 12-14 miles, so yes as technically it was not a planned hike.

I have seen many episodes of the original Star Trek, plus most of the initial movies. I don’t think I have seen a full episode of TNG nor any of the non-Shatner movies.

Not most, but I love the Tony Hillerman ones a lot- oh and teh one with the Jewish cop married to an Orthodox woman ones.

Yes, pretty well. I can even recognizably whistle “The Stars and Stripes Forever,” including the flute part. So there!

Surprisingly, yes, but only in context. I don’t enjoy them while we’re fishing or on a long road trip.

We don’t have winter here. We have a long, wet, miserable, snowless autumn that depresses people without killing them. As our summers regularly kill babies whose parents leave them in locked cars out of stupidity, I’ll say that i prefer summer.

No. Dogs are easier and cheaper to raise. They don’t break your heart as often and mine are teaching me the difference between Post Reply and Quick Reply. I tried to tell them, different forums behave in different ways, but they just rolled their eyes.
