Get to know each other...

Wine, if those are my only choices. I’d rather scotch, though. Single malt, on account of me being a pretentious git.

Deep in your heart, do you think Kim Possible is disturbingly hot?

Yes, but I confess I’d prefer her with a bigger rack. Not huge, mind you, but bigger.

Superman or Batman?

Totally Batman. Dark and troubled over clean-cut and good, any day.

What is your secret junk food obsession that you’d be embarrassed if someone saw it n your grocery cart?

None, really – Lafayette’s the kind of town where you’re liable to run into someone you know whenever you go shopping, so you can’t be too conscious about what you’re buying.

Considering I’ll turn 50 in August, though, I’m apparently one of the oldest Mountain Dew (or Mtn Dew, as it now badges itself) purchasers out there.

Did you drink juice this morning?

Nope. Just müsli on a bowl of sour milk.

Is it raining?

Looks like it’s going to start, which is nice as it’ll open up my sinuses. (See? I made that about me instead of just a general observation! Yay me!)

Pizza toppings you’ve seen others eat that you absolutely refuse to?

Dunno about pizza toppings - I even like anchovies, though not with pineapple - but I threw up in my mouth a little bit when I read Worm’s post about sour milk on his mu(e)sli.

Do you like other people’s kids?

I really like most kids… for about 20 minutes. Then I’m bored and need to talk to adults (I don’t have any of my own).

Mom or Dad?

Dad mostly nowadays, but Mom when I was a kid. Both have many good qualities, though, and I love 'em both.

Betty or Veronica?

The Man of Steel, of course. Dr. & Mrs. Wayne’s son is not a well man by any measure, and as written over the past few years is an asshole metahuman proportions. But Jonathan & Martha’s son is a good egg. I’d be happy to meet him for drinks.

Also, re: KP, anything more than a handful is a waste.

True Blood, Twilight, Angel, or Buffy?

None of the above. For vampire tales, I favor Salem’s Lot by Stephen King, or Fevre Dream by George R.R. Martin.

Betty or Veronica?

Um…which is the stuck-up rich brunet girl who’s probably quite capable of orgasm but would never dream of giving anybody else one, and which is the working-class blond with low self-esteem who would probably work hard to satisfy whoever she was with but cry for an hour after coming herself?

So you’re saying you’re torn? Well, duh. :dubious:

Upon reflection, and upon being informed that Sabrina the Teenage Witch takes place in the same continity, I will say Sabrina with the qualificiation that it be the girl who played her on TV as she is now an adult.

Would you rather have Thor or Loki as a dinner guest?

Er, yes? Offhand, I would say Thor, because I loved his Marvel comic book when I was young.

In general, do you find yourself resistant to change?

(As for Betty and Veronica, I would probably try to arrange a threesome, but then maybe I’ve been in Thailand too long.)

Politically, I’m not at all resistant to change. In my personal life, yes, I tend to be resistant, mostly because I’m very satisfied with the life I have.

Kirk or Spock?

Kirk! It would totally be a blast to have a night out on town with him. Spock, I’d rather debate stuff over a nice Cognac and a cigar.

Are you an Alpha?

Depends on my mood. Sometimes yes.

Holmes or Watson?
