I’m pretty sure they mean 33" circumference around each breast, not around the chest. I’m a B-cup and I’m 36" in circumference at the chest level. The lady in the photo is obviously far larger than that.
Maxi Mounds (I’m not gonna link, google if you’re curious) supposedly has the world’s largest enhanced breast and lists her measurements as 156-25-36. (cite, also has small clothed photo) If that’s true, maybe 120" isn’t impossible. (doesn’t mean I believe the OP tho’)
