OK, we’re getting down to the short strokes - only three gifts left to buy. (woo hoo!) My cousin is 19, in college at Wisconsin (Madison), has pierced his tongue, is a Republican, likes the Charlotte Hornets and loves rap. In short, although I love him to death, I have absolutely nothing in common with him. (I’m nearly twice his age, hate rap, pierced my ear at one point but let the hole close after law school, am a lifelong Democrat and like the Knicks.)
SO… any suggestions for a gift under $30? I have absolutely no idea what’s cool and what’s not. Antibacterial kit for his mouth? Subscription to The Onion? (Actually, that’s too expensive.) George W/Dick Cheney bumper stickers? MP3 player? I’m at a total loss, and am throwing myself on your mercy (always a dicey proposition, I know ).
Answering Smeghead, rather than the OP, there was a good deal on a Rave mp3 player last week. They’re all out now. After you went through a couple of contortions (rebates, coupons, etc), there was a 64M player for $35.
