Your information is mostly correct. She posed for Gear magazine and the pictures were apparently quite racy, but did not involve any complete nudity. The fact that she was 17 at the time is still a little creepy, though. Of course, Gear magazine is published by Bob Guccione (sp?) of Penthouse fame, so I’m sure that Gear has slightly different standards than say, People.
Mary Camden is played by Jessica Biel. Yes she posed semi nude. It was in Gear Magazine. Very good photos. Only in one or two pics can you see a nipple.
