A world without the flashing of breasts is a world without joy.
OK, while it is true that I have never been to Mardi Gras, I have been to many many other flashing-type events (spring breaks, biker rallies, NASCAR weekends, wet t-shirt contests at biker bars) and I have never once seen a woman flashing her breasts in public. 
Lil Cutie, you are one nice young lady. I know your parents are very proud of you. It isn’t always easy to support the “unpopular” point of view. I applaud your self-respect. I mean, if adult women want to flash their breasts, okay.(Heaven knows I’ve done worse than that.) But that’s adult “playing”, in my opinion. I don’t know how old you are, but really young teenaged girls doing that is just not appropriate. And it’s refreshing to hear a young person not trying to sound trashy for effect.
