Bobby Flay’s Mesa grill at Caesar’s was worth the money. He may be an arrogant SOB, but his restaurant was excellent.

I agree with this. Just maybe beware of the salmon and tuna tartar…

Same thing when I saw them. Either an incredible coincidence, or they do it every night.

They indeed do it every night. I got my Bullshit! DVD signed by them at the end of the show when I went this past summer. I find it pretty amazing that they stick around after every show until every fan gets an autograph or whatever.

I don’t have a recommendation, but I would avoid Mario Batali’s B&B Ristorante at the Venetian. We went there and were really disappointed.

I can similarly UN-recommend Batali’s steakhouse in the Palazzo, called CarneVino. The prices are ridiculously inflated for food that is barely mediocre. The pushy, upselling waiter was really just icing on the cake. I doubt we will ever patronize a Batali establishment again.
