Give me your recipes for lambs fry

Anyone got a special recipe for lambs fry? I bought one today and apart from cooking it with bacon and onion etc was trying to think of something different.

In case anyone is confused here he is talking about the lamb’s heart, lungs and liver.

My favorite recipe for this is called “Haggis.” There are a lot of recipes for it online. Here is a good place to start.
