I just saw a film from the Netherlands, showing at the Palm SPrings International Film Festival. It was called “Simon” and was quite excellent. The reason I’m posting is because the phrase “give us back our bikes” was in the film, and I never would have known what they were talking about, had it not been for a post by Coldfire and many others, most likely years ago but could have been more recent than that. Obviously, I am another poorly educated American dimwit who snoozed thru world history. But who needs school, when we have the SDMB?

BTW, Dutch men are all amazingly good looking, and seemingly so are the women.
Anyone know how to find a low-budget (not porn!) foreign movie in DVD format that will work on US equipment? Amazon does not have this film.
