Obviously determined to try and outdo London 2012’s Olympic ceremony, and not content with the usual fireworks, some bright spark at the Commonwealth Games has decided to simultaneously blow up five high rise tower blocksduring the opening celebrations.
I bet that’ll really annoy some of the 9/11 conspiracy theorists too
Couldn’t they just set fire to the Clyde and be done with it?
If this is going to be a public spectacle I just hope that the exclusion zone is large enough and that the organisers recall the demolition of the Old Canberra Hospital.
