Gliadin in Wheat Grass Juice

I am a vegan and have been growing and juicing my own wheat grass. I am in my sixties and have been pre-diabetic. I’m not gluten intolerant per se’ but want to avoid both gluten and Gliadin.

I have watched most of Dr. William Davis’ and have decided to avoid wheat Gliadin as much as possible.

Can anyone shed any light on Gliadin in wheat grass juice? My understanding is that Gliadin in benign form is in many plant foods but that in wheat it can cause problems.

My main interest here is to decide if wheat grass juice contains Giadin or if like gluten it has been eliminated the wheat is once sprouted and juiced.
