Cockburn could have written a very good article, or series of articles, on the extent to which a lot of leftists and liberals are dogmatically convinced that AGW is a serious environmental problem, despite not really understanding anything about it. Unfortunately, he sacrificed that opportunity in favor of trumpeting his own dogmatic conviction that AGW is nonexistent, despite his not really understanding anything about it.
