Optics doesn’t work that way. If there were a screen implanted into your eye, you wouldn’t be able to see anything on it.

Also your ophthalmologist would notice this magical display screen cum camera as soon as they looked in your eye.
There would probably be a big market for an injectable cum camera.

My current UV-resistant glasses broke and I had to put my old non-UV glasses on. When I walked past the bug zapper the lenses on my glasses started glowing. I took off the lenses to look at them and noticed my vision was still green-tinted even without them. Sure enough, my eye lenses were glowing as much as my glasses lenses. I grabbed my broken glasses and put them over my eyes and they don’t glow and keep my eyes from glowing too.
Unlike a lot of the other anecdotes in this 20 year old thread, my glowing eyes affected my vision. Guess it’s a good thing my glasses broke, I should schedule an eye exam.
