Does anyone out there know if Glucosamine can be found naturally in any foods? It seems to work well for arthritis, but, at about $30 a bottle it is expenseive.

As far as I know, there are no food sources of glucosamine. Or no good ones anyway.
Also, check the label of what you buy, I can’t remember why but glucosamine sulfate is the preferred form over the others - glucosamine hydrochloride and N-acetyl-glucosamine. Sorry I can’t expand on that, it’s been a while since I learnt it.
