Has anyone else seen this? Similar to how you can select things for your personalized iGoogle page, you can now set a theme for your gmail.
I, of course, picked the darling fox, since he’s on my iGoogle page. As near as I can tell, the scene for gmail is his backyard, behind his pagoda. I’ve seen him playing the flute to some ducks, having a tea party with a teddy bear, and cutting flowers.
So cute!
I have the Japanese fox also. I like how the scene changes according to the time of day. At night he is seen eating dinner and practicing calligraphy at a table in his house. If you check your e-mail in the middle of the night, the fox is sleeping, and a group of ghostly foxes is playing Go (I think) at the outdoor table.
I have a tree. For some reason though, the tree is sunny at night and cloudy during the day… even though I have it set to my area code.
But i like when its stormy the tree gets rain!

Does anyone know if you can save gmail to a hard drive? I asked in the last gmail thread but no one seemed to know there.
