Funny thing - people who use math have concluded the sun is a little older than the Earth, “little” in this case still being far longer than any biblical timespan. Seriously, Revelation talks about Christ reigning for a thousand years. That’s an eyeblink in astronomy terms.

This is not a debate, or even a discussion, it is merely religious witnessing by an individual with no interest whatsoever in the truth, but whose only concern is to stand on his soapbox and shout his propaganda to the wind.
I say leave him in peace to do so, you will not influence him in the slightest regardless of the accuracy of your arguments, or your demonstration of the inescapable inaccuracy in his. This is a lost cause.
Actually the earth being older than the sun is a debatable topic in the science community. But once again ignorance wins the day, oh well, so long, too bad you had no idea what you were talking about:smack:

You answer me this one question and then I will answer you. What would you like to talk about? Then go start a thread about that because it’s a mystery to me as to why you are not doing that instead of wasting your time here.
I was honestly not aware of any such debate and ask for evidence of its existence. Granted, the sun and the Earth were both in an extended period of formation with no bright-line beginning or end, but it’s safely assumed based on evidence that the sun started first.
I can’t speak for Czarcasm, but I think I might enjoy a discussion of how pseudoscience, biblically-inspired or otherwise, is a drag on human development.
There is not a whole lot of information expect in the science community circles because it fairly new, but the scientists found the earth to be 1.2 billion years older than previously thought which makes it older than the sun. I suppose the heliophysicists will have to change their numbers again next year so it won’t be a debatable topic again.
