I normally don’t post these kinds of requests. But I’ve been googling for days and can’t find what I’m looking for.

Here’s the story:

My supervisor is retiring this month. We are planning a party/roast for him. The director of our institution has put me in charge of getting some gag gifts for the roast.

My supervisor’s favorite hobby is golf, so the director told me to purchase some joke “golf training aids.” According to the director, he saw a commercial on TV for golf training aids that are gags. One of the training aids is a contraption that mounts to an arm, while another is a contraption that fits over the head. The idea is to put these on my supervisor during the roast. Again, the commercial he saw was for joke/gag training aids, not real ones.

I have been googling for what seems like eternity, and I can’t find the gag training aids he’s referring to. I need to get this stuff on order ASAP, so any help would be greatly appreciated.

I don’t think I’ve ever seen a commercial that’s for a gag gift. Anyway, just try going to a local golf shop, they should have plenty of gag gifts there. You might also try a larger sports shop as well. They have all sorts of balls that don’t roll straight, explode, things like that. I also remember seeing one that attaches to your head and a hook around your testicles connected by a string so you don’t lift your head, but I haven’t seen that one in a while.

I saw an ad for The Potty Putter on TV and I was sure it was a gag.
